Job summary

AQA Education is seeking an Application Delivery Manager in Manchester to lead the Enterprise Applications change delivery team. The role focuses on building delivery capability across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and enterprise AI, coordinating internal teams with partners to deliver high-value software changes.

The Senior IT leadership role requires strong governance, prioritisation and stakeholder influence to drive outcomes while aligning with the organisation's strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise SaaS delivery teams
• Knowledge of cloud SaaS change delivery
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead teams through change

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Functional Delivery Teams and partners
• Define and evolve the change delivery approach
• Provide delivery leadership with evidence-based prioritisation
• Develop forward view of demand, capability and sourcing needs
• Own supplier delivery performance and quality governance
• Drive delivery governance, QA and continuous improvement
