Job summary

Manchester Digital is seeking an experienced leader to manage the operations of Workday and related enterprise applications. You will shape strategy, maintain roadmaps, translate business needs into prioritised improvements, and coordinate delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

You will manage supplier capacity and budgets, communicate progress to stakeholders, and line-manage one colleague as the portfolio grows.

Qualifications

• Experience managing live digital, data or technology services.
• Strategy, portfolio and product planning for enterprise apps.
• Delivery leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
• Supplier relationships, contracts and budgets management.
• Enterprise business applications like ERP/HR/finance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational performance of Workday and related apps.
• Oversee incidents, changes, releases and service transitions.
• Maintain roadmap/backlog and translate requirements into improvements.
• Coordinate delivery across multidisciplinary teams and manage risks.
• Manage supplier capacity, budgets and commercial performance; lead communications.
• Line-manage one colleague and develop their performance.
