Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Manager to lead architecture workstreams across London, Manchester, or Edinburgh. You will shape scope, mobilise teams, manage plans, risks, and client expectations while delivering high‑impact enterprise architecture outputs.

You will define target-state architectures, roadmaps, and data/AI platform strategies; drive modernisation in the AI era; build value cases and multi‑vendor governance; mentor teams and contribute to sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Lead enterprise architecture engagements or programmes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; TOGAF certification is advantageous.
• Strong command of TOGAF or equivalent framework and IT governance.
• Experience delivering end-to-end enterprise-level solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture workstreams and manage scope, risks, and client expectations.
• Define target-state architecture and multi-year roadmaps.
• Drive modernisation and application rationalisation to reduce complexity.
• Build business cases and investment justifications.
• Lead multi-vendor governance with stakeholders.
• Coach and develop team members and staffing decisions.
• Ensure deliverables are rigorous and executive-ready.
• Support sales by shaping proposals and identifying opportunities.
