Job summary

Moniepoint is seeking a Head of Engineering, Rewards in the United Kingdom to own the end-to-end Rewards Platform. The role demands hands-on leadership of a growing team, with focus on consumer-facing mobile and web experiences, experimentation, and rapid delivery of product improvements.

You will report to the Group CTO and collaborate with Product to define metrics, OKRs, and a roadmap across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Direct-to-consumer product engineering at scale.
• Led consumer-facing mobile and web experiences.
• Experience with A/B testing, feature flagging and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the Rewards Platform end to end.
• Improve performance, reliability and depth of cashback product as a priority.
• Evolve cashback into a broader rewards, retention and personalisation platform.
• Build the engineering organisation with product units and managers.
• Establish strong experimentation culture with rapid learning.
