You will lead a growing team, drive an experimentation culture with A/B testing, and partner with Growth, Sales and Marketing to align product and engineering to business goals. This role reports to the Group CTO and Product leader for Rewards, with autonomy to define the roadmap and build the organisation to scale rewards for

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading direct-to-consumer engineering teams.
• Proven track record shipping consumer products at scale.
• Fluent in experimentation and A/B testing.
• Deep expertise in frontend and mobile engineering.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to own architecture and technical roadmap.
• Experience collaborating with Growth, Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the Rewards Platform end to end.
• Improve performance, reliability and depth of the cashback product as a priority.
• Evolve cashback into a broader rewards, retention and personalisation platform.
• Build the engineering organisation: structure units, hire engineers and Engineering Managers.
• Establish a strong experimentation culture with A/B testing and cohort analysis.
• Work with Growth, Sales and Marketing to translate objectives into initiatives.
• Own the customer-facing experience of rewards across mobile and web.
• Define architecture standards and engineering processes.
