Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Head of Engineering, Rewards to own the platform end to end from London.

You will lead a nine-strong team and shape a multi-unit organisation focused on cashback, rewards, retention and personalisation across consumer and business customers. You will drive architecture, roadmaps and performance while ensuring rapid experimentation, cross-functional delivery and strong collaboration with Growth, Sales and Product.

Qualifications

• Direct-to-consumer product engineering at scale.
• Frontend and mobile depth with consumer-facing experiences.
• Hands-on approach to testing, experimentation and measurement.
• Experience managing engineering managers and teams.
• Proven ability to lead architecture, roadmap and delivery.
• Strong collaboration with commercial stakeholders (growth, marketing, sales).
• Experience in fintech or payments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the Rewards Platform end to end.
• Improve performance, reliability and depth of the cashback product as a priority.
• Evolve cashback into a broader rewards, retention and personalisation platform.
• Build and scale the engineering organisation, hiring engineers and managers.
• Establish a strong experimentation culture with A/B testing and metrics.
• Partner with Growth, Sales and Marketing to translate objectives into initiatives.
