Job summary

Awin seeks a Senior engineering leader to shape the developer experience strategy and platform. You will own the DevEx vision, drive AI-native practices, and lead cloud platform standardisation on AWS. This is a senior hands-on role reporting to Engineering leadership.

You will champion tooling, budget management, and measurable DX improvements across a global engineering organisation, working with product, security, and operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering background with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of AI-native development and developer tooling.
• Experience leading platform engineering and DevEx initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Developer Experience programme, roadmap and vision.
• Drive AI-native development strategy and adoption across engineering teams.
• Lead cloud platform standardisation and FinOps across AWS.
• Build and grow a high-performing multi-discipline team.
• Collaborate with product/engineering leadership to improve reliability and speed.
