Job summary

SwitchTT, a London-based AI-focused SaaS business partnering with global leaders, is hiring a Head of Engineering to own technology direction, roadmap and team growth.

You’ll lead a high-scale, product-led engineering org as it doubles in size, directing architecture, culture, career frameworks and delivery across AWS cloud-native services.

The role offers hybrid working (2 days per week in office) and an opportunity to shape the product strategy and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in high-scale product-led environments.
• Managed teams of 10+ engineers and scaled to 15-20 engineers.
• Evidence of leading technology architecture and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own technology direction, architecture decisions and roadmap.
• Lead and scale the engineering team as the product grows.
• Shape engineering culture and implement career frameworks.
