Job summary

Addition is seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to drive the architecture, delivery and reliability of a global, multi-tenant digital platform. You will shape technical strategy, oversee AI-first initiatives and lead a hands-on team across full-stack development and cloud infrastructure.

You will combine strong leadership with deep technical excellence, ensuring security, compliance and operational excellence in a regulated context.

Qualifications

10+ years building and operating production systems.
Proven experience leading engineering teams on reliable, business-critical platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team with performance and career development.
Own technical architecture, standards and technology roadmap aligning with business goals.
Drive platform reliability, scalability and zero-downtime deployment practices.
Oversee cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases and multi-tenant systems.
Embed AI-first engineering across development, testing, reviews and operations.
Collaborate with product and leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage debt.
