Head of Engineering | IoT | Lead the company's largest revenue generating team

Role: Head of Engineering

Salary: Up to £110,000 + Bonus

Location: Watford - 2 days per week on site (hybrid)

We are partnered with a leading international IoT service provider experiencing rapid growth and backed by significant private equity investment. Through strategic acquisitions, they continue to expand their market-leading position, with solutions trusted across multiple countries including the UK, Ireland, the Nordics, Benelux, and Spain.

With major multi-million pound projects securing the future of the business for the next several years, we are supporting their push for excellence with multiple new hires.

They are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead the company's largest revenue-generating team; someone with the right blend of technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Head of Engineering role

We seek an experienced and driven Head of Engineering to lead this part of the engineering function. Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will be responsible for the overall engineering output within your area, from planning and implementation to ongoing operational maintenance. Success will depend on your ability to connect people, ideas, and processes, building strong relationships across the organization and fostering a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming environment where everyone can thrive.
