Are you an experienced engineering project leader ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Head of Engineering to take ownership of exciting new product development initiatives and help shape the future of our company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and drive our Product Roadmap, collaborating with key stakeholders across the business
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering projects on time and within budget
• Coordinate tasks across electronics, mechanical design, software development, and product design
• Be the go-to person for planning, execution, and progress tracking of all engineering projects
• Champion the new product development process to bring innovative ideas to life
• Lead and develop a talented team within the Engineering function
• Ensure optimal use of project resources while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders

What You Bring:

• A degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Proven track record in project management—you know how to deliver
