East Kent Colleges Group seeks an Education Improvement Leader to drive forward strategies aligned with our strategic plan, focusing on improving teaching, learning and assessment across EKC Group.

You will lead innovative professional development, manage the Education Improvement team and collaborate with Local TLA Innovators to enhance GCSE and Functional Skills outcomes. Strong policy knowledge and data analysis are essential.

Formación

• Proven track record of improving teaching, learning and assessment in Further Education.
• Experience implementing and managing change by engaging and influencing others.
• Strong knowledge of education policy, pedagogy and inclusive practice.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into effective practice across multiple colleges.

Responsabilidades

• Support Colleges Senior Leaders and Curriculum Managers with continuous improvement in teaching, learning and assessment.
• Lead the Education Improvement team in the design and delivery of innovative PD programmes and events for inclusive teaching and learning pedagogy.
• Line manage the Education Improvement team and collaborate with Local TLA Innovators.
• Lead the Groups strategies for Teaching, Learning and Assessment of GCSE and Functional Skills maths and English.
• Collate and interpret quality and performance data and prepare reports.
• Support the development of Policy, compliance, and strategic Education recommendations.
