Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll trade DeMellier.com, optimise content and customer journeys, and align traffic, product and content strategies for profitable growth.

Qualifikationen

• 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fashion/global consumer brand.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with proven trading performance.
• Excellent leadership and team development capabilities.
• Experience delivering cross-functional digital roadmaps.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day trading of DeMellier.com and deliver online revenue targets.
• Lead weekly trading rhythm with budget vs forecast analysis and actions.
• Analyse performance by market, channel, device and funnel to drive growth.
• Own e-commerce roadmap and deliver end-to-end projects on time and budget.
• Lead CRO and experimentation with clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Develop and coach a high-performing e-commerce team.
