DeMellier is a London-based luxury brand seeking a Head of E-Commerce to lead and accelerate its global online business. You will own trading performance, data insights, the digital roadmap and a high-performing team, combining commercial instinct with rigorous analytics to optimise product, content and customer journeys across DeMellier.com.

The role reports to the Commercial Director and requires experience trading a high-volume fashion/brand-led site, with a strong emphasis on

Competenze

• 8-10 years experience in a similar role in a fashion global business.
• Experience leading and developing a team (3+ members).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial actions.

Mansioni

• Own DeMellier.com trading and deliver online revenue targets.
• Lead weekly trading rhythm and translate insights into actions.
• Own e-commerce roadmap and deliver projects end-to-end.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and external partners to deliver on time and budget.
• Lead CRO and customer experience improvements.
