Job summary

BRG is looking for a commercially driven Head of E-Commerce, Digital & Delivery Marketing to lead the next phase of our digital growth. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this senior role sits in the Marketing Leadership Team and is hybrid with 2 days in the office in Birmingham.

You will own the strategy and execution across OOR, delivery, CRM, apps and loyalty, building relationships with aggregators like Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site consumer business is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce and delivery ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through digital channels.
• Hands-on with CRM, loyalty and app ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy and commercial performance of OOR and delivery channels across BRG brands.
• Manage relationships with delivery aggregators (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat) and partners.
• Develop the promotional calendar and activations to balance revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead CRM, loyalty, apps and lifecycle marketing strategies to drive acquisition, retention and ARPO.
• Oversee paid digital and performance marketing, with clear KPIs and attribution.
• Produce weekly/monthly reporting and translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Operations, Brand, Finance and Technology to optimise the guest journey.
