Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of E-commerce and Marketing to join our team at this pivotal early stage. This is a unique opportunity to build our direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce platform from the ground up and develop an integrated marketing stack that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a D2C marketing and e-commerce whizz with a proven track record in launching and scaling online channels—ideally within the healthcare or wellness sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Platform Development:

  1. Build, launch, and continuously optimize our D2C e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience that drives conversion and customer loyalty.
  2. Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy that spans SEO, content, social media, email, and performance marketing to elevate our brand and fuel growth.
  3. Leverage paid and organic channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Customer Experience Optimization:

  1. Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience across all digital touchpoints.
  2. Implement conversion rate optimization strategies and user testing to continuously improve engagement.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  1. Use analytics and market research to identify customer trends, measure campaign performance, and inform strategic adjustments.
  2. Translate insights into actionable improvements across the e-commerce and marketing functions.
  3. Set up and manage our marketing technology stack—including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools—to support robust campaign execution and customer insights.
  4. Evaluate and integrate emerging digital tools, such as AI-powered marketing solutions, to keep Adam Health at the forefront of the industry.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with the founders, product, and operations teams to align e-commerce and marketing initiatives with overall business strategy.
  2. Foster a culture of innovation and agility within a fast-paced startup environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing leadership roles, preferably within a direct-to-consumer or wellness/health industry.
  2. Proven success in launching and scaling e-commerce platforms and integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  3. Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data and customer insights to drive strategic decisions.
  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
  5. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Experience in the healthcare or wellness sectors is a plus.
  2. Proficiency in establishing and managing modern marketing technology stacks (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
  3. Deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, and performance marketing strategies.
  4. Exposure to advanced digital tools—such as AI-powered marketing solutions or personalization technologies—is highly desirable.
