Head of Ecommerce
Fully Remote

My industry-leading client is looking for a Head of Ecommerce. This huge Ecommerce business has a solution-based product with ambitious growth plans for the year, aiming to become the international market leader. They are offering a salary of £70,000; this is a fully remote role.

You will translate the business strategy into an ecommerce strategy to achieve the required growth in partnership with the Chief Commercial Officer and the Head of Marketing. You will develop and manage the Ecommerce Strategy, mapping the customer journey and personalising the online customer experience. You will look at pricing strategy and management of product pricing. You will have ownership of the catalogue, from forecasting and purchasing to product and lifecycle management. You will manage the website and work closely with the product owner. You will also improve the loyalty programme, launching subscriptions, and extending customer lifetime value.

You should have experience in a similar role, be familiar with leading day-to-day best practices, and enjoy using data to tell stories. Familiarity with Adobe Commerce, split testing, and business intelligence platforms is preferred. You thrive in a small, high-growth team and enjoy getting involved in various tasks!
