Job summary

AmpsTek is seeking an experienced SAP TPM Techno-Functional Consultant to design, configure, develop, and support end-to-end TPM solutions for CPG/FMCG clients. You will bridge business teams with technical colleagues across Sales, Finance, and Revenue Growth Management.

The role combines strong functional TPM/CBP knowledge with hands-on ABAP development, SAP integration, and leadership of UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP TPM/CBP with promotion planning, fund management, and deductions.
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash and trade spend in the CPG/FMCG sector.
• Experience with SAP SD, FI/CO and condition technology.
• At least 2 full-cycle implementations or equivalent support projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze TPM requirements for planning, execution, and settlement.
• Configure TPM/CBP including fund management, promotion lifecycle, accruals, and settlement analysis.
• Design and implement processes for trade funds, promotion lifecycle, and post-promotion analytics.
• Integrate TPM with SD, FI/CO, and Rebate Management.
• Prepare functional specs, test scripts, and user documentation; lead UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure SAP best practices and change management.
