Job summary

Nigel Frank International in Manchester is seeking a Head of Digital Systems to lead the development of its digital systems, automation and AI capabilities. You will own technology initiatives and drive Microsoft technologies across the business.

Working with the Managing Director, you will shape the organisation's technology strategy, drive Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, automation and BI, identify inefficiencies and deliver innovative solutions that impact operations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystems and admin capabilities.
• Experience implementing Copilot, AI tools and Power Platform.
• Ability to design and deliver dashboards and BI solutions.
• Leadership of digital transformation initiatives and stakeholder management.

A growing facilities management business is looking to appoint a Head of Digital Systems to lead the development of its digital systems, automation and AI capabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about Microsoft technologies, AI and digital transformation who wants to take ownership of technology initiatives and make a tangible impact across a business.

Working directly with the Managing Director, you'll play a key role in driving Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, automation and business intelligence. You'll have the opportunity to identify inefficiencies, develop innovative solutions and help shape the organisation's long-term technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID
• Drive the adoption and effective use of Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered solutions across the business
• Design, build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline business processes
• Develop dashboards, reporting and business intelligence solutions to support decision-making

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID

• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, Power Platform or business process automation
• Hands-on experience building Power Apps and Power Automate workflows would be advantageous
• Understanding of business intelligence, dashboards and reporting
