Job summary

Transforming PLC in the United Kingdom seeks an exceptional Head of Digital Services to lead technology, data, AI adoption and service delivery across a growing group of services nationwide.

Working with the CEO, COO and senior leaders, you will own the Digital Services strategy, architecture and governance, driving improvements in reliability, KPI reporting and supplier management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital services at scale.
• Proven track record in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Strong cyber security governance experience.
• Ability translate business needs into scalable architectures.

We're looking for an exceptional Head of Digital Services to lead that journey.

This is not a traditional IT management role.

It is an opportunity to shape how technology, data, systems architecture and AI support a growing UK group delivering specialist supported living, outreach and related services across the country.

Working closely with the CEO, COO and senior leadership team, you will own the Digital Services strategy and roadmap across the group, leading service delivery, cyber security, business systems, reporting, AI adoption and continuous improvement.
