Head of Digital Marketing

We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Marketing who is digitally focused, proficient in Hubspot, and ideally has SaaS experience. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of digital demand generation, a proven track record in increasing lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue. Line management experience and the ability to advise on team growth are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Steer brand and digital marketing strategy
2. Drive campaign management for client acquisition across multiple digital channels
3. Manage and enhance the organisation’s social media presence, including website updates, content creation, analytics, SEO, and development efforts to boost brand visibility
4. Collaborate with the Head of New Business to develop and support sales nurture programmes targeting specific profiles and sectors, including list segmentation and data management to optimise lead management and automation
5. Manage all aspects of Hubspot and Salesforce reporting, requiring advanced skills in both platforms
6. Execute marketing campaigns and analyse performance, leveraging behavioural interest profiling to drive new client acquisition and sales revenue

The ideal candidate will currently hold roles such as Digital Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, Senior Digital Marketing Manager, or Head of Digital Marketing, and should be within commuting distance of Central London or willing to relocate.
