Job summary

MCS Group’s client in Omagh seeks a commercially focused Head of Digital to lead digital strategy, e-commerce performance and online growth. This hands-on leadership role combines deep technical understanding with strong marketing expertise to optimise customer experience and maximise online revenue.

You will work with Directors and partners to identify opportunities, improve conversion and deliver a scalable digital roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital strategies that drive online revenue and growth.
• Strong expertise in e-commerce, UX, and conversion optimization.
• Proven ability to lead digital teams and manage partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the company’s overall digital and e-commerce strategy.
• Develop a roadmap that aligns with commercial objectives and growth targets.
• Monitor online revenue, conversion, customer acquisition and profitability.
• Lead website optimisation projects with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC and email.
