Job summary

MCS Group is partnering with a leading manufacturing company near Belfast seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to shape and drive the organisation's digital strategy. This role connects with international markets and involves content creation, SEO, email, social media, and influencer partnerships.

You will translate clinical and product knowledge into engaging digital content, working with product marketing, therapists and teams across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years' digital marketing experience, including senior level experience.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or related discipline.
• Strong experience across social media, content creation, email marketing, websites/CMS and video editing.
• Proven track record delivering digital campaigns, managing budgets and working with agencies or influencers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and digital marketing strategy.
• Excellent communication, organisational and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into effective digital marketing activity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy and activity plan aligned with objectives.
• Lead social media strategy, content planning and channel performance.
• Own the content strategy, including blogs, SEO and digital content development.
• Collaborate with therapists and specialists to translate clinical knowledge into accessible digital content.
• Lead digital marketing activity for campaigns, product launches and initiatives.
• Manage and improve websites, content hubs and digital customer journeys.
• Develop email communications and influencer partnerships to increase engagement.
• Analyse digital performance, identify trends and implement improvements to maximise results.
• Share successful content and opportunities with international markets.
• Provide direction and support to the Marketing Coordinator.
• Build relationships across marketing, product, clinical, design and international teams.
