Job summary

Sky seeks a Digital Operations Controller in Osterley, Greater London, on a hybrid basis. You will lead on-shore and off-shore teams managing digital campaigns across Sky Media, ensuring accurate setup, delivery and billing while optimizing campaign operations.

You will apply deep GAM knowledge and DSP experience, work with Sales, Strategy and Finance, and drive efficiency across buy and sell side platforms.

Qualifications

• Must have deep GAM expertise and strong DSP knowledge.
• Proven experience leading operations teams in campaign management.
• Intermediate Excel skills and senior stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-shore and off-shore operations teams for digital campaigns.
• Manage both sell and buyside platforms campaign operations.
• Improve processes with deep system knowledge of platforms.
• Recommend execution for new products and share subject matter expertise.
• Lead a team of campaign managers across buy and sell side tech.
• Coordinate offshore and on-site teams to evolve workflows.
• Contribute input on best practices for campaign management and execution.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure setup, delivery and billing meet expectations.
• Share industry knowledge to shape current and new products.
