Job summary

Sky UK is seeking a Marketing Manager – Project Management to ensure marketing activity across Sky Media is delivered on time and within budget. You will partner with Marketing Program Managers to coordinate content, digital & social, events and creative resources.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, capacity planning, and proactive escalation to senior stakeholders when risks arise. Hybrid working model with in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• Proven project or delivery management experience in a marketing, creative or agency environment.
• Experience running multiple concurrent workstreams with shared, constrained resource.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the judgement to know what matters.
• Confidence raising uncomfortable information early to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consolidated delivery view across all activity and programmes.
• Own the critical path and dependencies for each programme.
• Deliver planning rhythms: planning sessions, status reviews and post-delivery reviews.
• Track deliverables against dates and chase progress to ensure follow-through.
