Lloyd Recruitment Services Ltd in West Sussex is seeking a Head of Digital to shape and lead the B2C digital strategy for a leading travel and leisure brand. You will define a data-driven roadmap across websites, mobile apps, and CRM to drive growth and customer loyalty.

You will lead a small digital team, oversee analytics and performance, champion UX and experimentation, and ensure GDPR compliance while partnering with senior stakeholders on a cohesive marketing and digital roadmap.

Qualifications

• Senior digital leadership experience in a B2C environment.
• Track record delivering digital strategies and transformation projects.
• Expertise across SEO, PPC, CRO, content, social and email marketing.
• Strong data analytics skills, including GA4 and performance dashboards.
• Experience with Optimizely or EPiServer CMS platforms.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the digital strategy to drive growth and customer experience.
• Lead and develop a small digital team.
• Manage a complex digital ecosystem (websites, apps, CRM, analytics).
• Champion UX, A/B testing, and continuous improvement.
• Embed a data-first culture to maximise ROI.
• Oversee budgets, agency relationships and technology partnerships.
• Ensure GDPR/PECR compliance.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders on Marketing and digital roadmap.
