Overview

About the role....

We seek an experienced and visionary Head of Digital to lead our Digital Services across multiple EMEA markets. Based in London, you will oversee three sub-teams within EMEA Digital Services: Digital Planning, Channel Leads (Programmatic, Social, Search), and Data & Technology. This role requires strategic thinking to drive innovation, growth, and efficiency for Disney and Publicis, covering Disney's key lines of business: Entertainment, Parks, and ESPN. You will have the opportunity to shape future models for Publicis Groupe and lead initiatives in AI, media, data, technology, and innovation.

Responsibilities

About the work....

Strategic Leadership

  • Set and promote the vision for Digital Marketing, Data & Technology across Publicis Imagine, ensuring alignment with Disney's objectives
  • Identify emerging trends and technologies to keep the agency at the forefront of digital innovation
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance Disney's media efficiency across EMEA

Team Management

  • Lead three sub-teams within EMEA Digital Services, including mentoring and career development
  • Define and optimize ways of working within Digital Services and across departments

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior Disney stakeholders
  • Monitor and improve client satisfaction scores
  • Position yourself as a strategic partner, exploring digital transformation, CRM, and data services opportunities

Digital Strategy

  • Oversee digital strategy outputs, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Connect cross-disciplinary work to demonstrate value to stakeholders
  • Develop scalable planning frameworks tailored to Disney

Partnership & Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with key vendors like Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and The Trade Desk
  • Drive strategic vision and maximize value from these partnerships

Agency Leadership

  • Contribute to Publicis Imagine's leadership in culture, client relations, and industry innovation
  • Ensure connectivity with broader Publicis network and related agencies

Qualifications

What you need to succeed....

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, preferably in a media agency
  • Strong relationships with senior marketing stakeholders
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation programs
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to demonstrate value to clients and executives
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals, media planning, and measurement techniques
  • Knowledge of ad tech and marketing tech stacks
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting large data sets
  • Experience managing teams and resources effectively
  • Experience in the Entertainment sector is a plus but not essential
