Job summary

Awin is seeking a Senior leader to shape the DevEx and Platform strategy, driving AI-native engineering and cloud platform modernization. You will own tooling, budgets, and the end-to-end experience that enables engineers to build, ship, and operate software at scale.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define metrics, and collaborate with executives to deliver value to customers worldwide. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role reporting to the Director of Engineering.

Qualifications

• Senior engineering leader with hands-on coding background in Java/TypeScript.
• Experience leading developer experience, platform engineering, or related teams.
• Strong track record in AI-native development and cloud platform leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive DevEx strategy and roadmap across the engineering org.
• Own AI-native development rollout and agentic workflows.
• Lead cloud platform optimisation, cost management, and FinOps practices.
• Build and coach high-performing teams across dev experience, platform, and tooling.
• Partner with product, security, and operations to improve reliability and velocity.
