Job summary

Wealthify is seeking a Senior Head of Engineering to lead the engineering and test organisation, partnering with the Head of Product, Head of Design and Head of Data to deliver the roadmap. You will set the bar for engineering excellence, embed agentic coding and AI across the SWE lifecycle, and own cadence and quality of all shipping.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in a customer-facing product environment.
• Ability to deliver product roadmaps in partnership with Product leadership.
• Technical depth to guide architecture and delivery with senior engineers.
• Experience with production ownership including SRE, incident and bug management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Product to deliver the product roadmap and quarterly outcomes.
• Translate product intent into technical strategy, sequencing and commitments.
• Represent engineering in roadmap, prioritisation and investment conversations.
• Build a shared operating rhythm between Product and Engineering for continuous improvement.
