Job summary

Teacheroo is seeking a dynamic Head of Development (People, Programmes and Operations) in Highgate, London. You will partner with the Director to drive a transformational fundraising strategy, lead an experienced team, and deliver major gifts and alumni engagement initiatives across a multi‑channel programme.

Qualifications

• Experienced people manager capable of leading a team through growth and change.
• Proven ability to design and implement fundraising or multi‑channel programmes.
• Strong relationship building with senior colleagues, volunteers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director to drive fundraising growth and build capacity, culture, systems and brand.
• Lead and inspire the team, recruit and develop talent to support ambitious goals.
• Turn strategy into impact by designing mid‑level and legacy fundraising programmes.
