Responsibilities

• Work with the Development Director, Principal, Development team and colleagues to create conditions and cultivation events for mid-level and major gifts to be realised.
• Match donors with their passions, building relationships with alumnae and supporters to secure philanthropic support.
• Be tenacious and collaborative, contributing to St Hilda’s ambition and development goals.
