Job summary

Harrow Green in Thurrock is seeking a Head of Delivery to lead end-to-end relocation projects from the Thurrock site, partnering with Relocation Services, Customer Services and Quality to keep customers at the heart of every decision.

You will oversee Fleet, Warehouse, Employee Experience and Job Diary planning, drive safety and compliance, manage budgets and suppliers, and develop managers through hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in large-scale, complex operational delivery.
• Proven accountability for end-to-end service execution in fast-paced environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgets, productivity and cost management.
• Expertise in workforce planning, scheduling, fleet/logistics and mobilisation.
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety, environmental, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management from frontline to senior leadership.
• Highly data-literate; translate performance data into action.
• Hands-on, visible leadership developing managers and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Operational Delivery Leadership across projects from mobilisation to completion.
• Planning, mobilisation and resource management to meet client commitments.
• Drive Customer and Service Excellence in every delivery.
• Oversee Commercial Performance and Supplier Management of deliveries.
• Lead People and Leadership development within the delivery teams.
• Ensure Safety, Compliance and Continuous Improvement across operations.
