RedRock Consulting is seeking an experienced Head of Data & Analytics to lead a newly established function, shaping the data strategy, governance, and capabilities needed to enable confident, data-driven decision making.

Working with technology, business and executive stakeholders, you will deliver meaningful reporting and analytics, translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, and lead a high-performing Data & Analytics team.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive leadership experience in data & analytics
• Ability to drive data governance and data quality initiatives
• Proven track record delivering executive reporting and dashboards

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a business-aligned data strategy with a roadmap for adoption.
• Establish robust data governance covering quality, security, compliance, and standards.
• Lead the delivery of reporting, dashboards, and analytics for senior stakeholders.
• Build and develop a high-performing Data & Analytics team.
• Translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• Evaluate and optimize data platforms, tools, and technologies.
• Own governance of core reporting and data platforms, including testing and rollout.
