Head of Data Science (Hands-On) – Fintech – London (Hybrid, 2–3 Days/Week) – Up to £130k + 20% Bonus + Benefits

A high-growth and profitable fintech, headquartered in London, is seeking a hands-on Head of Data Science to shape the future of their AI-driven strategy.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of four Data Scientists while staying actively involved in coding and model development. You’ll have the autonomy to make strategic decisions that directly impact the company’s growth and performance. • Proven experience with Python and SQL
