Job summary

Halfords is seeking an accomplished data engineering leader to shape the data platform strategy and drive the modernization of our data landscape. You will lead teams delivering analytics-ready data products and BI services.

You will work with the Director of Data, AI and Analytics to set standards, guide architecture, and balance pragmatic delivery with modern engineering practices in a hybrid, on-site and remote model at our Redditch-based Support Centre.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data engineering teams delivering scalable data platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern data technologies, especially Databricks and cloud services.
• Experience transforming fragmented data landscapes into unified, reliable platforms.
