Dex is partnering with a fast-growing European tech company to build its first dedicated data and ML presence in London. You’ll lead from day one, growing a team from a single hire to ten within a year, while staying hands-on with design reviews and model work.

The role focuses on reward optimisation, real-time personalisation, and offer ranking, translating business aims into technical plans that drive measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Senior/leadership level experience in data/ML.
• Experience driving end-to-end ML projects.
• Ability to hire and coach a small high-ownership team.

Responsabilidades

• Define roadmap and technical strategy for London data/ML.
• Drive ML initiatives: reward optimization, real-time personalization, offer ranking.
• Build and scale a high-ownership team from scratch.
• Contribute through design, code, and model reviews.
• Translate business priorities into actionable technical plans.
