Qualifications

• Experience across infrastructure, backend, and frontend technologies.
• Ability to work in complex software systems with scalable architectures.
• Strong product mindset focused on customer outcomes and data-driven decisions.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams (PMs, UX, Designers, Data).
• Based in London and able to meet the team in person for collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of the technology stack across infrastructure and front-end systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, commercial, and analytics to define and build features.
• Develop internal tools to improve team efficiency and reach to more users.
• Integrate generative AI tooling and LLMs to empower frontline workers and improve performance.
• Drive the evolution of a core product used by thousands daily or define the roadmap for new offerings.
