Job summary

The Dean Trust in the United Kingdom seeks a Head of Data and Insights to partner with the CIO to create a Trust-wide view of core data with Finance, HR, Estates and H&S, and to deliver timely reporting tools using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Marginal Gains. Lead the School Data teams to ensure exceptional service.

You will coach data professionals, implement trust-wide data capture for behaviour, attendance and safeguarding, and support progress monitoring across schools.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalent essential.
• Recognised ICT qualification essential.
• Degree level education required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and setup of systems for the capture of trust and school level data for behaviour, attendance and safeguarding.
• Manage the Data team, providing coaching and guidance for continuous improvement.
• Develop and deliver timely reporting tools across Finance, HR, Estates and H&S.
• Liaise with external organisations to ensure consistency of provision.
• Oversee target-setting and progress reporting on a Trust-wide level.
