Job summary

The Dean Trust is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Secondary and Statutory) to support the Head of Data & Insights in managing management information and education data, with a focus on the Secondary phase, to inform assessment, attendance and performance analysis for school improvement and statutory readiness.

You will lead the Secondary Phase Data & Insights Team, drive quality assurance checks and provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders, including Trustees and external bodies.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalent essential

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Data & Insights with reporting to Trustees, Governors, the Executive Team and external bodies to show progress and attainment across key stage data
• Ensure Secondary Schools are supported through the ICFP process, working with Senior Leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure timetabling data quality for robust school timetables and raise concerns or opportunities with the Head of Data & Insights and SLT
• Lead the Secondary Phase Data & Insights Team to deliver service excellence through regular quality assurance checks and early trend detection
• Interpret complex data, identify gaps and translate findings into actionable insights to drive school improvement in the Secondary Phase
