Job summary

Sapientia Education Trust (SET) is recruiting a Trust Data Manager to lead the development and delivery of a coherent, Trust-wide approach to pupil, assessment and performance data. You will ensure data is accurate, secure, accessible and used by leaders to support evaluation, improvement planning and decision-making.

The role provides central leadership for MIS reporting, developing termly analyses, dashboards and standard reports for Headteachers and senior leaders, and works with school data

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience of data management, analysis and reporting within an education setting.
• Experience of managing pupil and assessment data through an education management information system.
• Experience of producing reports and analysis for senior leaders and other non technical audiences.
• Experience of improving systems, processes and data quality across more than one school or organisational setting.
• Experience of training, coaching or supporting colleagues in the effective use of systems and data.
• Experience within a multi-academy trust and knowledge of both primary and secondary data would be desirable.
• Experience of Power BI, SQL or other business intelligence and data integration tools would be desirable.
