As Head of Customer Service, you will play a key strategic and operational role in ensuring the development, continuous improvement, and delivery of a best-in-class aftercare service to customers who have purchased a property from us. You will have appropriate ownership and accountability for identifying and developing all culture, process, & performance improvements, and efficiencies for the customer, as well as leading a team that will deliver customer interactions across multiple channels including phone, email, social media, live chat, and in person.
