Job summary

Salocin Group in Bath, United Kingdom, seeks a Head of Creatio Practice to lead the technical delivery capability across Creatio implementations and integrations. You will manage both onshore and offshore specialists, ensure quality standards, and support pre-sales with technical input.

As a senior leader, you will shape the certification roadmap, drive capability development, and maintain strong relationships with Creatio as a platform and partner.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of Creatio delivery across client engagements and projects.
• Lead and develop onshore and offshore Creatio specialists as one cohesive team.
• Own and evolve delivery standards, estimation approach, and playbook for Creatio projects.
• Provide technical input into pre-sales, design solutions and risk assessment at bid stage.
• Build and maintain a certified Creatio team and roadmap for capability development.
• Act as day-to-day contact with Creatio platform and partner, aligning roadmap with delivery.
• Contribute to commercial health by accurate estimation and margin protection.
