Qualifications

• Proven delivery of large-scale CRM implementations (300+ users) within complex organisations.
• Experience operating at Steering Committee / C-Suite level.
• Strong third-party supplier and systems integrator management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of the Creatio CRM implementation.
• Act as the central point of coordination between stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement across Sales, Finance, and more.
