Practicus is supporting Butterfly Conservation, a leading wildlife charity, to recruit a Head of Corporate Partnerships to help secure vital partnerships for butterflies, moths, and the environment.

As Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will shape the corporate strategy, build impactful relationships, and generate income to support our mission.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement a Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships Strategy
• Secure five-figure+ partnerships and donations
• Identify, cultivate, and manage high-value corporate partners
• Create proposals, cases for support, and stewardship plans
• Collaborate across the organisation to align fundraising efforts
• Line manage and support the Corporate Fundraising Officer
• Analyze performance and report to leadership and boards

Requirements:

• Proven ability to secure and grow high-value corporate partnerships
• Experience in developing fundraising plans and strategies
• Negotiation skills and experience managing partnership agreements
• Strong proposal and presentation skills
• Experience with charity CRM systems
• Knowledge of data protection and fundraising regulations
• Experience in stewarding funder relationships
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Budget management experience

Salary: £38,336 to £44,247 per annum (pro rata)

Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week

Location: Fully remote, occasional travel to Dorset
