Job summary

Bellway is seeking a Head of Construction for the Durham Division. You will lead nine live developments across County Durham and Teesside, delivering homes on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

This senior role reports to the Divisional Managing Director and requires strategic leadership across construction and customer care. You’ll drive health and safety, cost control and robust reporting, while mentoring a team of construction professionals and collaborating with Sales and

Qualifications

• Senior-level management experience in volume housebuilding.
• Experience managing multi-site delivery with safety, programme, cost, quality and customer service.
• Credible to provide construction expertise to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction across multiple sites and drive delivery targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
• Provide reporting to Main Board and participate in valuation meetings.
• Develop and mentor construction teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Care to maintain customer satisfaction.
