- Senior Quantity Surveyor experience with leadership ambitions.
- Knowledge of Valuation & Budgeting Systems and relevant regs.
- Experience in leading a team and managing commercial outputs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the commercial team to deliver cost effective solutions.
- Manage cost control, procurement, valuations and margin improvement.
- Prepare monthly valuations and discuss with senior leadership.
- Set sale prices for new budgets and collaborate on land appraisals.
