eNL in Birmingham is seeking a senior Construction Partner to lead and grow the practice, building on an existing platform with a clear commercial strategy and a strong client following.

You will shape the direction of the Birmingham offering within a national law firm, drive growth, recruit and mentor lawyers, and develop relationships with key clients and referrers to raise the team's profile.

Qualifications

• Established construction lawyer at Partner level with a strong following.
• Record of winning work and client development skills.
• Able to lead and grow a practice with strategic oversight.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Birmingham construction practice.
• Advise on contentious and non-contentious matters within construction.
• Develop and strengthen client and referrer relationships to drive growth and cross-referrals.
• Recruit, mentor and develop lawyers to support expansion.
