• Advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters as appropriate.
• Strengthen relationships with clients and referrers and identify new opportunities across construction and real estate.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's national network to maximise cross-referral opportunities.
• Recruit, mentor and develop lawyers to support expansion of the practice.
• Contribute to raising the profile of the construction team and the Birmingham market, aligning with the firm's strategic objectives.
