Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of the Birmingham commercial property team.
• Set and implement a clear strategy for the department, identifying opportunities to expand the practice and increase market share.
• Manage a varied commercial property caseload, advising on complex transactions and providing commercially focused advice to a broad client base.
• Develop existing client relationships and generate new business through networking, referrals and business development initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop lawyers within the team, creating a strong platform for future growth.
• Work closely with the wider partnership to support the firm's strategic objectives and identify opportunities for cross-referral.
• Play a key role in recruitment and the continued development of the team's profile in the Birmingham market.
