Job summary

Raylo is seeking an ambitious Head of Commercial Analytics to lead pricing strategy and unit economics for our subscription business in London. You’ll own pricing for all customer propositions, partner on OEM deals, and drive learning and innovation across pricing levers.

With 7+ years in analytics or data-focused strategy, you’ll combine SQL/Python skills with strategic thinking to influence decisions, collaborate with Product, Finance, and Sales, and help Raylo scale while delivering

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or data-focused strategy roles.
• Excellent academic record from a top university (STEM/quantitative).
• Strong SQL and Python skills with experience using internal and external datasets.
• Ability to think strategically and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Proven collaboration across Product, Finance and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the pricing test programme with live experiments and pricing levers.
• Partner with Product to design and price ancillary offerings and services.
• Price new OEM partnerships and build commercial deal models.
• Define and own the pricing framework across categories and value drivers.
• Collaborate with SLT on pricing performance and opportunities.
